How Landify became the answer Google gives to anyone moving to the Netherlands

Landify takes the bureaucracy out of relocating. The service was good, but nobody could find it, and every client meant the same paperwork and the same twenty questions all over again. I built the engine that brings people in and the automation that serves them once they arrive.

Landify

The problem

Nobody wakes up looking for a relocation company. They wake up typing "cómo conseguir el BSN" or "abrir cuenta bancaria en Países Bajos" into Google at eleven at night, three weeks before their flight. If you are not on that first page, you do not exist, no matter how good the service is.

Landify was invisible in exactly those searches. And the clients it did win arrived through a process that was almost entirely manual: the same licences, the same appointments, the same documents assembled by hand for every single person, followed by the same twenty questions landing in the inbox every week.

The approach

Two problems, one shape. Landify needed to be found, and it needed to stop doing by hand everything that happened after being found. So I worked on four fronts: an AI agent that works the site's SEO continuously rather than once, a content engine that turns real relocation questions into articles that rank, full automation of the licence and permit workflow, and AI agents on the support inbox.

01

An AI agent that works the SEO every day, not once

Most SEO work is done once, signed off, and then quietly decays. I built Landify an agent that treats it as a standing job instead. It audits the site continuously, finds what is slipping, and fixes or flags it before a ranking is lost.

What the agent actually does

  • Technical audit on a loop, checking crawlability, broken links, redirect chains, sitemap health and index coverage, so nothing quietly falls out of Google.
  • Keyword research grounded in real demand, built from what people actually type when they are about to emigrate, in Spanish and in English, rather than from generic industry lists.
  • On page optimisation, writing and refining titles, meta descriptions, headings and image alt text so each page targets one clear intent instead of competing with its neighbours.
  • Internal linking, connecting every article to the service page it should feed, so authority flows where it converts.
  • Structured data, marking up services and FAQs so Google can show answers directly in the results page.
  • Multilingual coverage, keeping the Spanish and English versions correctly declared to search engines so neither cannibalises the other.
  • Performance and Core Web Vitals, because a relocation page that loads slowly on a phone in an airport is a page nobody reads.
  • Rank monitoring with feedback, tracking target queries week to week and rewriting the pages that underperform instead of waiting for a quarterly review.

A blog that answers the questions people are already asking

Ranking for a service page is hard. Ranking for the question that comes before the service is much easier, and it reaches people earlier, while they are still deciding. So the blog is not a content calendar, it is a map of every real question someone asks in the months before they move.

I built a content engine that takes those questions, drafts a genuine answer with AI agents, and routes it through review before anything is published. Each article targets one specific query, answers it properly, and links back to the service that solves it. The agent also revisits older articles when the Dutch rules change, so nothing on the site quietly goes out of date.

Licences and permits, assembled automatically

Every Landify client needs a similar sequence: a BSN appointment, a Dutch bank account, the 30% ruling application where it applies, and insurance in place from day one. The steps barely change from person to person, but each one used to be put together by hand.

I automated the whole workflow. Documents are collected and validated on intake, forms are pre filled from what the client has already provided, appointments and deadlines are tracked automatically, and each case moves through its stages without anyone chasing it. What used to be a folder and a memory is now a process.

Support email, handled by AI agents

People moving country are anxious, and anxious people write. The same questions arrived every week, always urgent, always deserving a fast answer. I built AI agents that read each incoming message, work out what the person actually needs, and answer or route it immediately.

  • Case status, answered instantly from the live state of that client's file rather than from memory.
  • Document requests, identified and chased automatically until the file is complete.
  • Pricing and plan questions, answered with the right plan for what the person described.
  • Appointments and changes, rescheduled without a back and forth thread.
  • Anything genuinely unusual, escalated to a human quickly, with the context already summarised.

Landify stopped depending on word of mouth. It now shows up at the exact moment someone decides to move, answers their question before they have even asked it, and delivers the paperwork behind it without the founder doing the work by hand. Growth stopped costing more hours than it earned.
